About the venue
The History of Château l'Evêque is lost in the mists of the Middle Ages and its Renaissance was desired in the 15th and 16th centuries by the Bishops of Périgueux who made it their favorite residence. The Guards' room, which has become the Festival Room, offers beautiful volumes over 280m². The Château's guest rooms with their four-poster beds add to the magic of this historic castle. One of them is given to the bride and groom as a gift for the wedding night. You can accommodate around thirty of your guests in the tastefully decorated outbuildings and also accommodate around forty in a convent located 300m away in the Village. Please note: the room is made available two days before the event.
Facilities
Le parc à l'Anglaise planté d'arbres rares et centenaires ajoute au romantisme des lieux: les hydrangeas et les roses anciennes en font tout le charme. D'autres atmosphères vous transporteront dans une autre époque: un pont XVIIe, un Belvédère surplombant la rivière, une gloriette, une allée cavalière longue de 300m. Facilité de parking.
