About the venue

At the gates of Perche and in the heart of Beauce, the Domaine de Vaujoly spans six hectares of nature and aims to be a decidedly "festive" place. An old lordly residence, it has been completely renovated to offer the comfort of today and to make it an ideal venue for hosting your event exclusively.

Three reception spaces for limitless celebrations

In a green and wooded area, the Domaine de Vaujoly will provide you with a set of rooms that you can arrange according to your desires:

La Grange aux Douves, a reception hall of 220 m² that can accommodate up to 200 seated guests (250 standing) with an adjoining dance floor of 80 m² (continuity of the hall) and a professional catering kitchen available for the caterer. This hall is heated and usable all year round.

La Grange aux Prés (open from April to October. Unheated hall), with an area of 400 m² that can host up to 350 people with an integrated dance floor and a large professional kitchen available for the caterer. Its agro-industrial style and proximity to the pool make it a particularly appreciated summer space.

The inner courtyard can serve as a space for your outdoor cocktails. If the weather is unpredictable, a 110 m² covered area can serve as a fallback location for a ceremony or cocktail.

You can organize your cocktail or brunch around the heated pool of the estate (in season).

No restrictions on hours or noise levels. Want to extend the party even outdoors on the pool terrace? It's possible! And the friendly mezzanine is at your disposal in La Grange des Près!

Possibility of a fireworks display on site (notify in advance to inform the local town hall)

Is the weather unpredictable? No worries with high-quality backup plans: the covered area, La Grange des Douves, and La Grange des Prés are there to ensure that the party will be intense and unforgettable!

Direct access from Montparnasse station in 1h15, arriving at Courville sur Eure station just 3 minutes from the Domaine or a 10-minute walk for the sporty ones!

The best packages will be studied to meet everyone's expectations and desires, along with a rigorous selection of professionals will be presented to you.

Sleeping on-site: up to 130 beds between charm and diversity

The Domaine de Vaujoly has several wings of accommodations that can host 76 beds on-site and offers you 4 choices of bridal suite!

The wing of the meadows with its 7 rooms (23 beds) including a bridal suite

The wing of the Bergerie, its 8 rooms (17 beds) including a bridal suite, its dormitory (11 beds), and its sheepfold

In addition to the beds available on the Domaine, the venue also offers as an option:

Sahara tents with fully equipped camp beds (10 tents of 4 beds on mattress bases)

A gîte (Maison Carnot) that can accommodate up to 14 people (Located 3 minutes from the Domaine in the town center of Courville sur Eure)

Up to 130 beds in total, with 33 rooms and 10 tents.

The Bergerie: a cocoon for children (and parents!)

The Bergerie is a fully enclosed space for children, equipped with a video projector. The Bergerie has a technical area, with a cloakroom and a bathroom. This room can accommodate 70 seated places and has an area of 80 m².

The Bergerie will be the ideal place to let the little ones have fun and allow the older ones to enjoy the party. A babysitting room is also available for you.

An eco-responsible and well-thought-out domain

Two electric charging stations for 4 vehicles are also provided for guests on the estate. Here, you will have everything you need for an unforgettable stay!
