By submitting your venue, you agree that any introduction to a client made through The Venue Advisors platform constitutes a commercial opportunity brought by the platform. Any booking, negotiation, or transaction with a client sourced from the platform shall be finalised exclusively through our booking and payment system, for a period of twelve (12) months from the first introduction. In case of proven circumvention, a fixed indemnity of 15% of the total booking amount shall apply. You also undertake not to encourage clients to book outside the platform.
Listing is free. A 10% commission applies only to confirmed bookings made through the platform.
The Venue Advisors uses Stripe as payment provider. To receive booking payments, you need to verify your business and add your payout IBAN directly on Stripe's secure onboarding. We never see or store your bank details.
Once you complete Stripe verification, you'll be redirected back here and your venue will automatically go live on the marketplace after our team's review.
You can also complete this step later from your dashboard — but your listing will stay offline until verification is done.
Congratulations — your château is now visible on the marketplace and couples can start sending you offers.
💡 Tip: from your dashboard you can hide your venue from the marketplace at any time, edit dates, and reply to incoming messages.
